Tons Summer w/cure 351

Hey im making 25lbs of summer sausage tomorrow and Im confused on if the tons summer w/cure 351 means it contains all the cure or #1 required. On the suggested usage it says use the whole bag and 4 oz of sure cure for 100lbs. So that to me means the cure is not in the seasoning correct?

Kyle Greene Yes that means the cure is not in the seasoning. You have to add 1 ounce of sure cure for 25 lbs. of meat and 1/4 of the bag of seasoning or 15 ounces. Hope this helps you out.
