New site problems

Have been shopping here for at least 5 years tried to buy some seasoning today about 32 dollars without shipping. Tried to sign in said no account then locked me out. Will try again tomorrow if not AC Left has some excellent seasoning and will take my money. Not A happy customer.

shoprat53 Have you bought anything since the new website has been online? I’m assuming not, you need to just recreate a new account and you will be able to order. It’s not a big deal, it’s just one of the growing pains of trying to make a site and process better for customers. I had to recreate a new account along with many others. May I suggest contacting Austin or Jonathon or even customer service to try to figure the issue out before getting hostile and being a not a happy customer.

shoprat53 as twilliams stated growing pains and improving overall service. Many accounts didn’t transfer or didn’t transfer correctly. Austin and Jonathon were out in front getting the word out and trying to make the transition as smooth as possible. Try recreating your account or getting in touch with customer service or Austin or Jonathan. I understand it can be frustrating but the Walton’s folks have been doing their best correcting and improving the system to serve us better.
