I think Walton’s should look in to a 20 lb. mixer made to hookup to the smaller grinders for the growing home processors in this growing community !

would a stand alone electric be possible resembling the 50 lb.in A 10-12 lb. capacity with A frame to hold the motor and gear drive box with an electronic control facing front the mixing tub in the same design as the 20-40 and the 50 would slide into the gear box and attach to the frame with quick clamps and then can be easily broken down for cleaning. Just my thoughts !

as far as the cost my kitchen aid artisan series in comparison was between $260-300 when it was purchased and only dose 4 lb. of meat and not much more

I lucked out and found this 25 lb capacity Mainca at a business closing auction. It has forward and reverse, a tilting tub and is just about the right size without being to heavy to move up on the wash board of my sink for cleanup.
