Jonathon how much bone marrow is needed for a 25lb meat block of snack sticks or summer sausage. Gonna try it to see if there is a flavor difference. Thanks

twilliams Interestingly enough they dont put the weight on the package. I’d put 1 pack of 8 bones that are about 2-2-3/4" in a 10 lb batch of hot dogs.

Treat it as pork fat basically, don’t let it push you over 30% by much or you might have the fat render out during the cooking process.
