MEATER Thermometer - Plus
-
Can you run multiple MEATER Thermometer - Plus thermometers at the same time and view each one independently on a smartphone. Ideally, would like to be able to use 6 if each could be read and alarmed on one device. Thanks,

Looks to me like 4 is the max, and that’s with the MEATER Block. Then you have to use link and the cloud if you want to leave your home network range. Doesn’t sound like its seamless integration switching between connection type.
Unless you’re deadset on wireless, I’d go with a Fireboard, it will have more functionality at about the same price point

Tex_77 Thanks - really don’t need wireless, just have to be careful with my smoker’s doors, they are very heavy and I have severed a few cords in my time. Thinking of drilling a few holes to allow for cables.

Chef be sure to use a grommet in the hole to prevent chaffing of the wires. You can buy the cheaper rubber ones and replace them regularly, or see if you can find some Viton or Nitrile ones, they are designed for the extra heat and will last a long time.

johnsbrewhouse exactly right, don’t want to mess up a $25,000 pit.
