So a while back I got a free small shaker of the steak and roast rub and it’s now my go to for Steaks, bugers, even turkey burgers. Sitting here in my makeshift office staring out the window thinking about grilling so I thought I’d throw it out, it’s a great spice. I like the mix of salt/garlic/pepper. Just ordered the 31oz container, my goal is to use it all by July 4th!

Been using it for awhile myself. The Montreal is collecting a little dust.

It is good stuff, I’ve gotten several “private label” bottles of it over the years, may have actually acquired a full case at one point.

Parksider I am glad to read this! I feel like sometimes I have to change things up with steaks but then I always regret it when it doesn’t taste as good! FYI it is excellent on baked chicken as well! I used to put it on my fries but then someone at the Pheasant Fest told me to put Better burger seasonig on my fries and wow that is really really good!

Jonathon i’m a big Weber fan as you all know…but I also really like their Chipolte spice and their Kickin’ chicken spice. Love that on the drums that i do on the hanger in the weber kettle. A little smoked roasted chicken legs is always a hit.
