If anyone is looking to make a pretty hot stick the Buffalo Wing Jerky makes a really hot and very tasty stick. We were doing an experiment where we added some acidic ingredients to see if we had a casing failure while smoking so we added som v-8 to this seasoning and the casing held up fine but the taste was really good!

chippewa We bought some Franks powder to try to add it to sticks and it didn’t work that well, I think it was because of the vinegar powder in it. BUT I love Frank’s too and I think if you like that you wild like this seasoning!
