Joe Hell Yeah, i saw that ridiculous priced one at the high end of a ranged pricing it said from $39.99 - $1169 or something Must either be a numbered bottle or something special about that one. Or someone is crazy and thinks they can trick someone into paying over $1,000 for a bottle!

PapaSop Joe Hell Jonathon Has anyone seen this on the shelf? I just saw a picture online, and was reading about it, by all accounts it’s supposed to be the best Wellers there is. The CYPB stands for craft your perfect bourbon.

Tex_77 I have seen Weller at the last place I got gas at a local gas and liquor store, but I don’t think it was CYBP style. I have to cross state lines to get better prices on booze and fuel. No empty booze shelves…yet.

From the Whisky Buzz about CYBP Aug 17, 2018:
“The first release, priced at $40, is already selling for hundreds of dollars in the after-market. Welcome to the bourbon craze.”

Joe Hell a 750 is $60 online, that is the same price that the Weller Antique (that we bought at our local liquor store for the livestream) was? Can’t be THAT bad in a store? I think Austin paid a little over $100 for it? Which is more than I would spend but since Walton’s bought it…I am strangely okay with it!

I see that Shiner has a Texas Heat Wave 6 pack with a variety of beers in it, I’m going to have to try to find it as well.

I am a little disappointed by the lack of comments about IPAs… After all, that is the best category of beer!

However, choosing a favorite is impossible, it has to be a list…

                                    1. Moscow Mule (1 Crabby’s Ginger Beer - 3 oz Tito’s Vodka - 3/4 to 1 Lime fresh squeezed - Also must be in a 100% copper mug!)
                                    2. Walnut River High Beam IPA
                                    3. Odell Myrcenary (Double IPA)

I am pretty non-discriminate on drinks though and I will try/drink absolutely anything.

I spent a good amount of time up there and fell in love with the IPAs there. If you can get me one/some, I’d pay for it. Send me a message, and I’d love to get a 6 pack at least. I’d feature it on a future episode of our podcast too!

Austin I’ve been making an Elysian Space Dust brat for the shop lately and I’m sure to make sure there are no ‘leftovers’ of the suds.
