calldoctoday yeah, I rarely go out to drink myself. I am a happy person when I drink, but I have a low tolerance for knuckleheads and stupid people, so staying at home works out better for me.

This is from a local Brewery called Warped Wing. It’s their new seasonal and pretty tasty.

ND Mike its only right for all of the driving we did for them over the years. I bet you told your kids something similar to what I told mine, “call anytime night or day if you’ve been drinking and need a ride home, if you call because you were caught DUI-good luck”.
Way to set the example.GWG8541 that is exactly right. I always tell my kids when they leave home to go out to make smart choices!

If you haven’t yet, you need to watch Heist on Netflix, one of the topics covered is Pappy Gate from the early 2000’s. Pretty damn interesting how long the bourbon craze has been going on.
HerbcoFood just watched the first part of Heist. Great show. Can’t wait to watch the second part.

bocephus You know I drank that whole pint in about 2 hours, so I may have over emphasized the pounding. It’s hot here and super depressing because of the warmth.

HerbcoFood I grew up in MN and moved to NM and the first few years it didn’t seem like Christmas, we finally had to go up into the mountains to see some snow to make it feel like Christmas.

HerbcoFood That would really be weird. Although I would check the temp. back home in January and when it would get to about -10 up there I would call my sister in law and tell her I was grilling steaks in my shirt sleeves that day.

bocephus there are 12 different flavors, the Imperial Toasted Marshmallow is a little sweet for me. Its good, but sweet.

bocephus they are definitely a dessert beer. One would be my limit. I like Guinness and can only do a couple of pints before I’m full. With the sweetness of this, one was enough.
