    Looking for a recipe for pumpkin sausage, had some in Casa Grande Arizona from a Fries grocery store, wondering if anyone has any idea how to make it!!! Have made many types of sausage but not this one, has a great taste 🙀🙀

      mccullen I made a pumpkin breakfast sausage recently using canned pie filling and it turned out great…if you are into that kind of thing. I don’t have the recipe handy but off the top of my head it was 1000 grams ground pork, 20 grams kosher salt, 250 grams canned pumpkin pie filling and 50 grams freshly chopped parsley. Not much too it. It definitely had a ‘pumpkin spice’ thing going on. It was delicious when prepared as pigs in a blanket and drizzled with pure maple syrup.
