Hey there jonathon, im created this post based on your last live video. I would just like a video of your 500t smoker. Basically a full cook cycle would be awesome. Putting the product on the truck in the smoker. How the programming works. Preferably a steam cycle cook and shower… basically all the features of it. If you can! Thanks!

lamurscrappy I’ll start working with some of the guys on the commercial side to get that going, not exactly sure how it will be released yet or how long it will take but I will let you know!

Im in no real rush, i would just like to see the capabilities of the smoker and if it would be a good fit for us. Also it would be a great thing for others who are interested in a full sized commercial smokehouse.
