In honor of the snowflake “end of grilling season”
We fired up the Green Mountain and grilled asparagus, zucchini, pineapple, hamburger patties, and blood sausage (thanks Jonathan ) then smoked pork ribs, pork chops , some good cigars, maintained my proper hydration with a few good beers and enjoyed a great day (while mowing, pruning, and other “honey-dos”)

Departing Contestant I’ve never understood the concept of ‘grilling season’. Every day is a good day for BBQ.

I agree. we use it in the dead of winter with the blue tooth thermometers. We just adjust our cooking times for the snow and cold and look out the window at the smoke out the stack and the steam coming off the smoker

Departing Contestant Need to find a way to scrub my eyeballs from reading that and my brain from thinking about it! Alcohol sounds good for both I think!
