Blackstone Vaca.

Annual family pilgrimage to the lake. Real vaca this time. No grills or smokers. Everything done on the griddles. Family has gotten to big to drag grills along. 30+people for the week. A few griddle pics.
The following one was interesting. The longer sausages are homemade Hmong sausages my son was given by a co-worker. I spent more time picking these apart to see what they consisted of. Very good and very spicy. Heavy on the ginger, peppers and some type of fish, or at least a fish sauce. Had a shrimp taste to it. These were also coarse ground.

PapaSop seems odd that the first thing I am going to compliment is the chair but that is too cool! Those are awesome griddles and they are perfect for vacation, you’ve got breakfast lunch and dinner going on there. You’ve also got protein, veggies and carbs, impressive!!

Yep, worked out very well. Only thing I’ll change up is bringing a grill for brats and dogs. They just need that grill taste to them.
