chippewa Messing with a 10mm tube…you’re asking for problems… Just make sure you add extra water. We’ve destroyed multiple stuffers trying to do the small sticks. I’ve finally settled on the 19mm. Big enough to let cheese through and still have a great finished product.

I need to find a 10mm OD stuffing tube with a 1 1/2” or it may be 1 9/16” base to fit my Northern Tool stuffer. The one I see here has a lot bigger base. Any leads would be awesome.
I went this way on Ebay. https://www.ebay.com/itm/1-9-16-x-3-8-Snack-Stick-Tube-AND-17mm-Casings-for-Sausage-Stuffer-LEM-606/152809566253?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649
Works great for me on my 5# LEM stuffer. No problems at all.
I use Willie’s Snack Stick Mix, and still using the Collagen casing that came with the tube. (Because I’m Mr. Smallbatch.) -

That is the same one I was looking at on amazon for around $26 without casings
And I do small batches also. Lol. -

Parksider I used a 11.3 mm at the tip and tapered up tube with no problems with the meat going through it. Just could not get casings on the tube all at once. Hopefully the new tube will work as I like the smaller sticks. I will probably just use these 16mm casings for my personal sticks and use the 19mm for friends batches.

When you are a Mr. Smallbatch, 19 mm casings tend to use up your hard won stuffin.
So I think I’ll stick around the smaller casings, and Willie’s Snack Stick mix.
