cdavis Hang in there, I understand. I am in the office for at least a few hours here today working on some reports & paperwork. Then our oldest son & his wife offered to do the cooking this year since Andrew & I are real busy. That was nice. Hang in there & don’t work too hard.

calldoctoday And all of you others that make bread, I’m envious!
I’m sure that I could figure it out (in the next 20 years) but I just need to get into it. I think I will be the fertilizer for the wheat crop before that happens. ;<)

I’d rather be sit’in in a boat and thinking about God,
Than sit’n in church and thinking about fish’in!

@dennyo-s Stand mixer is your best friend or at least it was for me. I do not have the patience for kneading the dough, but a stand mixer takes all the pain out of that process, other than that it is rise time.

mrobisr The kneading of the bread for me is not an issue. I have a dough hook too. I make my pizza dough that way. I just Knead to get into it once again! In other words get my finners sticky!! ;<)

YooperDog Thank you. I think Andrew did a terrific job & it was cheap & tasty. He did another several nights ago & he improves with every knead.
