My parents know my brothers and I well. We all got the new Fireboard spark setup. This combines instant read and traditional leave-in probes in one unit. Awesome product. I’ve got the OG Fireboard from my parents that’s still serving me well and a thermopen. When they bite the dust this will be the one unit to replace it all.

RafterW to bad FireBoard won’t work with Walton’s on selling them.

As a side note I did buy a Meater+ and it worked great on the rotisserie!
