cannot get picks to load pop up says file to big,?

craigrice I often have that problem but generally speaking it’s always associated with using my phone. Sometimes I can work around this by cropping the photos just a bit smaller and it seems to work here and there. The other method I use is to email the photos to myself and when it asks what size to send I will always pick the size just under ‘full size’. Neither method works every time for me unfortunately. In that case I will wait until the following day and resize in photoshop.

I tried using my “dumb” phone last night to upload a pic. Couldn’t figure it out. I have been resizing and uploading to my laptop which works but always uploads two copies of every pic. Not tech savvy here. Hopefully someone out there is.

craigrice We have increased the file size that we allow so I can’t imagine that file size is the issue. Can yougive us anymore information on what the error is?
