twilliams I will be taking some time off soon. My wife is pregnant with our second child and due literally any day now, so I’ll be taking a short break soon and be completely MIA from everything for a week or two. Maybe things start and I miss the Livestream tomorrow. I at least already have planned to miss the big 13 days of Christmas Livestream and you’ll be getting a great guest host, Brett our CEO, that day!

I’m getting pumped for the Livestream tomorrow! I hope everyone joins in for at least part of it from 2pm to 5pm tomorrow!!!

twilliams My week long visitor from Atlanta just had a cold smoked pork tenderloin that I marinated with pa’s bull and top dressed with garlic/butter seasoning and couldn’t believe how tender and tasty it was after sous vide at 140 for 2 hours. She just kept taking piece after piece. Said it was addicting. That just proves it does the job. Good luck on yours.

Delivery today, Anova Sous Vide. Wow was that thing packaged up to pristine quality. The box that holds it is of up most fantastic desire. Waltons package delivery tomorrow, and brand new truck delivered in a few months. Someone wake me up!!!

twilliams just seen some post that they just got their new truck… That was ordered 8 months ago!! Hope it goes better for you than that guy

Randie N boy I sure hope so too!! Dealer said between 3-4 months but he recently ordered one for a friend of his and said it was here in 2 months. He believes the 2500 line is taking precedence over the 1500….fingers crossed. But if it takes that long that’s ok too, I really didn’t want to take delivery with the snow and salt
