I have made jerky with many other brands seasonings. When using ground meat every one had water added to the meat. I can not find anything about adding water to any of the waltons jerky seasonings. If anybody knows what is the amount per pound or do you not add any water??

hoopty Yes you do need to add water, 8 ounces per 5 lbs. of meat or 1.6 ounces per pound,
