Ordered Jalapeno summer sausage seasoning for 25 lbs. of meat.
Ordered regular summer sausage seasoning for 100 lbs. of meat.
Online it says Sure Cure packet included in each bag of seasoning. There is no additional packets in either bag of seasoning. Question is- is Sure Cure already mixed in the seasoning? I don’t think it is. Could be wrong. Don’t want to add pink salt to the seasoning if cure is already mixed in. Thanks in advance. -

Thanks in advance.jhh1 No the sure cure comes in orange packets that are included in your order. There is no cure in the seasoning you will need to add it.

Thanks in advance.jhh1 like John said it should have two orange packets with your seasoning. One would be a 1oz packet for the jalapeño and a 4oz packet for the regular summer sausage. There is no cure in the seasoning packet itself. Contact customer service I’m sure they will make it right
