Ordered Jalapeno summer sausage seasoning for 25 lbs. of meat.
Ordered regular summer sausage seasoning for 100 lbs. of meat.
Online it says Sure Cure packet included in each bag of seasoning. There is no additional packets in either bag of seasoning. Question is- is Sure Cure already mixed in the seasoning? I don’t think it is. Could be wrong. Don’t want to add pink salt to the seasoning if cure is already mixed in. Thanks in advance.

One would be a 1oz packet for the jalapeño and a 4oz packet for the regular summer sausage. There is no cure in the seasoning packet itself. Contact customer service I’m sure they will make it right
