Quick Note on Searching and Advanced Search Function

When you are searching for information on Meatgistics the search bar in the upper-right hand corner can be your best friend. However when you enter a word or phrase and hit enter the results will be ranked by relevance, which is often helpful but sometimes you want to find the most recent information.
When you click in the search bar you will see a set of gears (highlighted below) when you click on that you have a large # of options you can use to modify your search. It’s a good tool for everyone who is using this community to learn about meat products should know about!

I’ve used the search a lot over the last few days and does save a bunch of time looking for older posts. The one I’ve used the most is the conversion charts. Is there a quick link to those? Can’t seem to find one. BTW, a lot of mixing, grinding and stuffing the last few days. Even a broken mixer. Pics and results coming soon. -
