Walton's website problems

Have been shopping at Waltons since 2015. Never had any problems till latest update. Tried to buy about A 100.00 dollar order would not let me sigh in had to get new password no email to get new password. Tried again and now locked out. Will call customer service Monday please fix these problems.

shoprat53 i had the same problem…said I needed a new password….put in my email never got an email….so I had to register for a account again I wanted to see what seasonings I bought over the years….now everything is erased kinda a pain

blackbetty61 Waltons emailed me my order history when i switched over last spring. I dont know if they still can, but it wouldn’t hurt to ask.

Jonathan probably can link the old accounts. I had two and they merged them a year ago. Probably can do the same if you ask

IVERYAN I emailed them yesterday and asked if I could get my account history emailed to me and some Angie said they have no way of getting that info to me
