What are you hunting/fishing?

All the below is me teaching 3 of my kids how to hunt. 15 yo girl, 13 yo boy, and 11 yo boy (9 yo girl is not ready yet).
In North Carolina - dove hunting the opener on Labor Day weekend. Then in South Carolina (we live a few miles from the border of NC/SC), we were gifted the chance to hunt whitetail on an 80acre parcel before it gets developed next year. Will be hunting SC youth day in less than 3 weeks. Then as much as we can all season. Hoping to fill tags and fill the freezer

@ben-hoersch we need more people getting their kids outdoors and teaching them to hunt and fish and enjoy being outdoors. Good luck to you and your family

@matt-westerhaus we are also getting stands ready for bow season but still doing some fishing
while waiting for October 1st. Both of my kids caught some really nice fish a couple of days ago so I thought I would share with yall.

bocephus where about in MN do you hunt. I live up by superior wi. I am only about 5 miles from the boarder. My hunting shack is about 1 1/2 miles from the boarder. Up by us we have a huge wolf problem.
kyle West central area, have a brother that lives in Madison but he doesn’t hunt Wisc. he hunts in MN also.

My season will start out with getting my grand son out squirrel hunting!All the deer stands are ready to go .Archery starts on 25th. In october I have a blue marlin trip planned out of Hatteras NC

Ridley Acres we’ve been fishing out of tube floats since they were little. I used to tie ropes to them and drag them behind me. It’s their favorite way to fish.

Will do some pheasant hunting in October. I have a whitetail doe tag for November. I hope to be ice fishing in December!
