New website issue

I cannot get into my account at waltons. It says it’s locked. I tried password reset but never received a email to reset. I tried to create a new account but I am unable to because it says email is already used. Any help would be appreciated.

jpurol when you tried to create a new account did you use your usual email and do a different password or try the same password as usual. It’s gotta be a different one I believe.

Same. Then I tried different and I think by trying a few times I locked the account.
