Honey!

2nd year beekeeping and harvested some honey! Looking forward to this season now that I have actually learned what the hell to do. Hopefully even start making mead!

Awesome! Beekeeping is something I have considered for years. I try to avoid sugar for dietary reasons but if it can’t be avoided I try to use honey whenever possible. Bees are arguably the most important life on earth.

Joe Hell yes! (Is that good Jonathon )… it was a pain to start up my wife went crazy with all the stuff I bought and bees flying around the pool. But now they all like them, they keep my apple, peach trees, garden, and blueberries nice and pollinated! I jumped right in to start, after the first year I had an old guy come teach me everything I could absorb and these critters are going crazy. I will be doing a few splits on the hives and getting new hives going for people that want them in our area. You should jump right in and get some! No time like the present!
