Thank you all for the warm welcome to the site. So the other day I smoked my first batch of the Willie’s snack sticks. They came out great for my first try. I had a few issues, one was the day I was smoking was very windy and second was the amount of smoke at the lower temperatures. I need find a better way to get and keep the smoke at the lower temperature.

    Pictures coming soon.

I use one that looks like the A-Maze-N smoke generator that I made myself because I’m cheap. With hardwood pellets it will smoke for about 6 hours. It is great for cold smoking. I don’t know what you use for wood, but I don’t use sawdust or chips in my propane smoker, I use bigger chunks of wood that fit in my smoker box. I think it gives off a better ,longer smoke.

hey vegetarians, my food poops on your food!
