    Good morning all , making Jalepino chicken cheddar & wild rice brats this weekend. Anyone have a good rule of thumb for amount of rice in a 25 lbs batch ?

      @Paul-Voth look at the jambalaya brat recipe, seemed to work well. Recommends 3lbs total weight so 1 pound rice and 2 lbs chicken stock cooked.
