Tex_77 I have a Robot Coupe. There are different models, but I have the R2 Dice. That is the big boy that has a 1 hp motor and allows for dicing 3/8 " cubes of most things, but I use that for a lot of prep for caterings. The dicing options is significantly higher price than the standard food processors. You can typically pick up a used on on ebay . They are of such high quality, likely can get one for a good deal ( especially with all the restaurant closures). The other good thing is that all parts are serviceable and parts are easily available. As far a consumer models, I have burned through almost every brand. Thay cant hold up to the prep I need.

Chef I was looking at a restaurant supply store online, and they had a Warning Dicer by Cuisinart, do you have any experience with those? They were basically the same price as a Cuisinart 14cup. I’ll do some looking on ebay.

Tex_77 I haven’t used one but had a few people tell me that they didn’t hold up under restaurant demands. Might work well for the home processor. Robot Coupe is like the equivalent of Hobart, they just last forever.
