Chef what’s your go to brand/make/model of large capacity food processors? I currently have a Cuisinart Pro Classic 7 cup.

That is the big boy that has a 1 hp motor and allows for dicing 3/8 " cubes of most things, but I use that for a lot of prep for caterings. The dicing options is significantly higher price than the standard food processors. You can typically pick up a used on on ebay . They are of such high quality, likely can get one for a good deal ( especially with all the restaurant closures). The other good thing is that all parts are serviceable and parts are easily available. As far a consumer models, I have burned through almost every brand. Thay cant hold up to the prep I need.
