Can you freeze snack stick mix

Just made up some willies snack sticks with the encapsulated citric acid and I ran out of Casings have about 2 pounds left just wondering if I could freeze that and use it at a later time.

scott kilpeck Yeah you can but better would be to vac seal the seasoning. If you do that it should extend its life to 2 years from production date (so probably at least 18 more months if you bought it recently) a freezer has more humidity than is really good for seasoning so if you do that try to get it in an airtight container.
