Wisconsin Brats and Breakfast Sausage

    Well a local store had pork butts at $.99 per LB. So I made some Wisconsin beer brats and some maple breakfast sausage. I used con yeagers seasoning and for the breakfast sausage I use some real maple syrup from a place up North in Michigan.20200731_133901.jpg

      Little Baby Teddy nothing beats real maple syrup. I use home made maple sugar instead of syrup. Good looking brats.

          Well the brats are done. They have par boiled, cool down and vacuum packed away. I fried one for taste
