What are you going to be using it for? And how many pounds do you see yourself doing it one time that will make a big difference. Sounds like you might want to try buffalo chopper.

apolloranger I don’t know your budget but one issue with something like a Bowl Chopper is the price. The one we carry is an economy model and is not for everyday use. You might want to try a Kidney Grinder Plate and see if that will work for you first before looking at more expensive options.

apolloranger It should, it will depend on the size grinder you have. Is it a 10/12, 22 or 32? How do your plates lock into the head of the grinder, does it have one notch around the edge, three notches or does it have two tabs that stick out from the plate?

apolloranger Okay, then that’s a good thing as plates that have one notch can use either single or 3 notched plates. This means all we have to do is find the correct diameter plate for your grinder. If you don’t know if you have a 12, 22 or 32 grinder then measure the diameter of the plate and I can tell you what size plate it is from that measurements.

apolloranger It looks just over 2 inches which would make it a #8. However we have two issues trying to get you a plate like this. First, from the side of the box in the picture you send those have notches, this pic you sent has tabs and we dont carry any Kidney plates that have those. We also only carry Kidney plates in a size 12 or larger, so that would be a plate with a diameter of 2-3/4" so it would not fit your grinder.

You could try to see if waring has a website that they would sell a kidney style plate.

Save your money and don’t spend a dime on that machine. I got the Weston #22 1.5hp pro series and it’s worrh every penny. Walton’s carries and sharpens every size plate and blade. Not the throw away ones from big box stores. Keep in mind they supply processors so you are getting pro level equipment. Buy with confidence!!!
