I will tell you one thing. I am mighty happy with all the charcuterie and frozen meat I made back in January! Here is my emergency food supply I keep on the ready in the fridge, daily! Priorities.

srg158 Nicely done! Charcuterie is the next thing we are going to be getting into here, we just have to get past a couple of things and late summer early fall we will hopefully have a bunch of stuff!
