PapaSop Leo does have a Meatgistics account! I plan on posting as him soon. He is eating anything I eat, so I plan on posting his take on things… Like what he likes or doesn’t, on different seasonings, etc., and getting a young ones perspective on what flavors are good or not!

Austin I think it’s a good idea to categorize the different styles. Gives you a chance to tweak your machine/style from others learning events. I have at least four different styles of smokers each with their own quirks. Currently building a homemade larger unit and not sure which direction I am going to pursue to fuel it. Also working on a curing chamber for some longer term adventures.
