I have a Costco prime ribeye primal in an umai bag right now in the fridge. 1/2 way through a 40 day aging. Looks great.

Jonathon will do! BTW, how do I post photos of things on the community board? Did not see anything referencing.

ClaytonD Be sure you are using the reply function, as the quick reply doesn’t let you upload photos. To up load a photo click on the cloud with the up arrow in it, and you should be good to go from there.

Also, we now have the “Quick Reply” box showing at the bottom, to see all the options you have to hit the “Reply” button before you start your post and that will open up the older style response box.

ClaytonD Sorry, I am terrible today!
                    5. How do I upload a picture?
When you are creating or editing a post there are a few buttons between the title area and the body of your post. The second to last button is an upward pointing arrow in a dark cloud which I have highlighted in the picture below. This is the button you select to upload your picture or image. Pressing that button will open your computer’s file navigator where you can select the desired file. When it has successfully uploaded you will see a text similar to this upload2.PNG
                    upload.PNG
