I ordered a Weston #32 Butcher Meat Grinder along with the Weston 44# mixer on Feb 3 2020. The grinder came with the base bent. I have sent photos in to Waltons customer service and have emailed Weston as well. The lady at Weston said they were made that way. I have photos and video to prove she’s wrong. I’m not asking for replacement of unit, just the base. Looks like Waltons would step up and take care of this. I emailed Walton customer service again this morning but no reply.

I took my base off and took it to my shop where I straightened it and added reinforcement. My grinder motor is perfectly level now, not leaning back like the lady at Weston said was ‘by design.’ The problem is the motor is so heavy and the base metal is so thin and there’s no support on the back of the base where the cut out is. It was a simple fix but Weston is trying to pass this off as “this is the way they all are”. That’s because they designed them wrong and they all get bent in shipping.
