Thanks Joe & Jonathan, I’ll try both ideas on the next round coming up this weekend.

I’ve been making meat sticks using small sheep casings and I having trouble with them sticking to the tubes. I soak the in warm water and flush them too. Any different ideas?

I would love to make both Pepperoni and Landjaeger or even a German Knockwurst.
