processhead there is no danger zone in sous vide due to the length of time it is held at a minimum of 130 it is pasturized

I have the same cooler but instead of a hole, I cut a “U” shape in the middle of the long side. Makes it easy to remove the top to check on the contents.
One of the best kitchen tools I have ever purchased.
