johnsbrewhouse thanks for the clarification. I dont understand why they would have w/ cure on the bag. Looking forward to some delicious summer sausage in a few hours.

Hey im making 25lbs of summer sausage tomorrow and Im confused on if the tons summer w/cure 351 means it contains all the cure or #1 required. On the suggested usage it says use the whole bag and 4 oz of sure cure for 100lbs. So that to me means the cure is not in the seasoning correct?
