    Tex_77 Yep, I agree with you Tex_77. My last chicken was cooked like he described (not a beer can chicken) flat on the grill. Smoked it until the breast was 165 and the dark meat was fall off the bone, good. The breast was nice and moist.
    I hate dry breast meat! 🐔

    Deepwoodsbutcher Hey there, good to hear that you are buying in bulk. I’ve been buying in bulk from a local butcher for a while now. I was so sick of the grocery store prices and the quality of the meat. This way I know I’m getting homegrown meat, all from around the area where I live.
