I have been researching pizza ovens and pizza stones with lid. Green Mountain has one but the reviews claim it burn the crust. There is a pizza cover with seperate lid but its very expensive.
I am in the process of designing one out of stainless and cutting with my cnc plasma. Any thoughts???
