I have a question or two about cooking steak in an Air Fryer. I know nothing beats a grill, but being wheelchair bound it’s not really possible for me to grill, thus the Cosori air fryer. I cooked a few steaks, kosher salt and a great rub tastes super! I have even added some hickory smoke powder. One thing that sometimes escapes me is the browning. Any discussion?
