Sure Cure
Preparing to make kielbasa using Excalibur signature smoked kielbasa . Online it states it comes with 1oz packet sure cure. And, recipe calls for sure cure. I did not have any packet with my kielbasa seasoning. What exactly is the sure cure for and can I get away without using it? Mixing with carrot fiber and holding overnight regardless. Not planning to use any smoked meat stabilizer. Help!

So I went out and bought some cure and came back and found my sure cure. Problem solved!

I found the packet that must have been sent. I was thinking it would be a packet in the kielbasa seasoning kinda like ramen noodles. Ha.
