Apologies if I simply couldn’t find this: When putting together your bratwurst and other nutritionals for packaging, USDA, etc., what do you list for nutritional information? I realize there may not be enough nutritional information/value to place into a nutritional panel, but I wanted to see what others out there are doing. I appreciate any insight any of you might have!
