Chef's Choice Cook-Off

This past Saturday I may have gotten deep into the booze…large family vacation…as I was scrolling the interwebs I came across a Chef’s Choice Cook-off at my local Ace Hardware. Thankfully, after looking at the date I have plenty of time to come up with a dish along with practicing it. I also need to read all of the actual rules, guidelines, etc.! I mean what could go wrong!

Looks like they don’t actually define how many judges there are. Other than that it looks like should be pretty fun for you.
