farmy also check with restaurant supply locations along with local meat processors. Sometimes you might even check out Hispanic or oriental grocery stores. I have found half hogs, goats and lambs. Checkout vendors at farmer markets or you can go direct to the source. I have found small producer of rabbits, ducks, chickens, etc… You may have to look beyond your local are. Also as processhead recommends is another source.
