    Price is a little closer to where it should be so i had to dive on it. SCORE!!

    Any good recipes out there?

          Salt it down for at least 24 hours. Then put a garlic, pepper, rosemary, or any other herbs you like rub on it. For cooking you have two options, you could sous vide then sear. Or I would cook in an oven or smoker at 300 until your desired doneness.

              twilliams you’ll be just fine. Toss in a hot oven once near your final temp for 5-10min to get a nice crust.

                Was thinking the charcoal grill for the crust, or would that be too much? I suck at reverse sear
