Ordered A new stuffer to replace my garage sale Chinese stuffer. Got the 7 pound 2 speed Waltons stuffer. The single speed was A back order and decided to go to the 2 speed and not wait. Do not think I could go wrong with either stuffer. It is A Waltons so the quality will be assured.

shoprat53 Christmas in March! I just tried teaching my wife to run the stuffer while I ran the casings for breakfast. Learning curve for me. She did better running the stuffer on 32mm casings for chorizo. A lot more room for error than working with sheep casings.

Can’t go wrong with either. I have that and the 11#. Both are great.

Looking forward to using A better piece of equipment. Will make stuffing so much easier also clean up afterwards.

shoprat53 Yes, a stuffer makes all the difference in the world. I gotta say, though, you might wish you reach just a little deeper in your pocket and sprung for the 11# stuffer. Once you get it, I bet you’ll want to do larger batches!

No looked at the 11 pounder only 10 dollars more but limited by my other equipment I usually do more than 1 type of sausage at A time, the 7 ponder should work out well.
