craigrice I just bought some mats last weekend (Weston brand) and I’m looking forward to smoker use. So far I’ve only used on the Weston dehydrator. They can be really unruly if you buy the ones that you cut to fit. They need to be sandwiched between the racks by themselves under some heat to get them to stop curling up on you

Ode -Tom mats are used to smoke things like vegetables fish restructured jerky ,they have a fine mesh so that food doesn’t fall through the racks

craigrice Congrats! The MB30 is a great smoker to have. Look into getting the cold smoker attachment. I don’t even use the chip tray any more.

I have one that is for any of the electric Mastercraft smoker. It mounts on the side where the chip tray goes in. You remove the chip tray tube and use that for the mounting of the new cold smoker. They cost around 60 to seventy buck. I believe Amazon carries them.

rdab I went on a search for the smoker also. I don’t believe that there are any available in North America.
This must be a very popular item. No dates to be found when they will be back in stock.
